Should you wish to return your item then please send it to us within 7 days to the returns address below. Please advise us whether you require an alternative, a refund or store credit and we will do this, excluding any carriage charge, upon receipt of your returned goods. Returned items must be in resaleable condition. They must not have been fitted/used, they must be in their original display packaging and they should be securely packaged so as not to be damaged during return. If this is not the case there may be a restocking and handling fee of up to 20% of the items original value. We suggest you use a recorded delivery service to return any item, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during their return to us. Please include the original invoice or a full letter with your contact information explaining the reason for return and your required course of action.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item to be faulty please make sure that you contact us before returning it on either +44(0)170625007 or via e-mail at sales@rossmod.co.uk. In many cases a member of our team will be able to resolve the issue for you. If this is not the case then we will need to carry out a full inspection of the item. Once this has been done we will issue a refund, replacement or a store credit. Please note that no warranty decisions can be made without our team inspecting the goods first.
