All of our prices include the standard rate of UK VAT.

Price Promise

We pride ourselves on being competitive and we will usually be able to match or even beat any genuine UK quote you have received. We can also offer package discounts if you are looking for multiple items. We also have regular special deals that are not always on our website so it always pays to contact us!

Stock Accuracy

We have a vast range of products on our website, the majority of which we hold in stock at all times. However there will always be occasions when an item you require will be out of stock. When this occurs please contact us by phone or email. We endeavour to answer all email enquiries within 48 hours. Specifications and prices are subject to change without notice by the suppliers and as such we cannot be held responsible for any real or perceived discrepancies of products from their descriptions. Our website team work tirelessly to create the images and descriptions featured on our site and every effort is made to be as accurate as possible.

Delivery times

If your order is placed before 2pm on a week day and it is in stock it will normally be despatched that day and will usually be with you within 2 - 3 working days (obviously excluding "Next Day" service). Any orders we receive after 2pm we will endeavour to despatch the same day, but they may be despatched the following day and again will usually be with you within the stated period.

Next Day deliveries

Please note that in order for us to send your order on a "Next Day" service we must receive your order before 2pm of that day. Any orders placed after this time will normally be sent the following working day.

We do not post orders on Saturday, Sunday or on public holidays.
