Orders outside of the above countries such as America and Canada etc. we feel it is best to quote per order. This way we can get you the best price! Deliveries will be made by Royal Mail or DPD International depending upon weight and destination. All deliveries will need to be signed for.

If there is no one at the delivery address when Royal Mail tries to deliver, they will leave a card indicating which post office you can collect your package from.

In the case of one of our couriers attempting to deliver when no one is at the delivery address they will leave a card with the telephone number of their local depot, you can call them and arrange to collect from the depot or arrange a convenient time for them to re-deliver.

When signing for any delivery from us please inspect the packaging and if there are signs of damage please write the word 'damaged' next to where you sign the consignment document.

Delivery times

If your order is placed before 2pm on a week day it is processed that day. Delivery times may vary as follows :

  • Next Day Orders (1 Day) + Handling Time (varies - see product page)
  • Standard Delivery (2-5 Days) + Handling Time (varies - see product page)
  • Free Delivery (2-5 Days) + Handling Time (varies - see product page)

We do not post orders on Saturday, Sunday or on public holidays.

Order Tracking

If you have placed your order through our website then you should be sent a confirmation detailing all of the tracking information. Please allow at least three working days before contacting us regarding parcels. If there is a problem with your order we will contact you either by phone or email.  If you wish to know the progress of your order, you can send us an email to sales@rossmod.co.uk.  We attempt to reply to all emails within 48 hours.

Privacy & Security

Rossendale Models are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. If we send you an e-mail in the future, it will only be in relation to your account/orders, as we do not pass your information to any third parties.

The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. For online transactions we do not collect your credit card details - these are handled exclusively by our payment provider. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

Returns & Replacements
Should you wish to return your item, simply send it to us within 14 days of reciept (returns address below). Please advise us whether you require an alternative, a refund or store credit. Upon reciept of proof of posting we will process the return. We request that returned items are in original packaging and are unused. If the item has been fitted or used then please refer to "Faulty Items" below. We advise the use of a secure postage service for returns so as not to delay your refund.Please include the original invoice or a full letter with your contact information explaining the reason for return and your required course of action.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item to be faulty please make sure that you contact us before returning it on either +44(0)1706 250007 or via e-mail at sales@rossmod.co.uk. In many cases a member of our team will be able to resolve the issue for you. If this is not the case then we will need to carry out a full inspection of the item. Once this has been done we will issue a refund, replacement or a store credit. Please note that no warranty decisions can be made without our team inspecting the goods first.

Ordering

The simplest way to order from us is here on our website, but you can also order by phone. You can phone us on +44(0)1706250007 between 10am - 5.30pm every weekday (Bank Holidays are excluded) and 10am - 4pm on Saturday. Our email address is sales@rossmod.co.uk

All of our prices include the standard rate of UK VAT.

Handling Times

Each product on our website states a maximum handling time. This is in addition to the postal method you have chosen. For example, a product with a handling time of up to "5" days with a delivery service of "Next Day" could take up to a maximum of 6 days to reach you. This is due to our stock being located at several different warehouses and we may in some cases need to have the product delivered to us first.

Stock Accuracy

We have a vast range of products on our website, the majority of which we hold in stock at all times. However there will always be occasions when an item you require will be out of stock. When this occurs please contact us by phone or email. We endeavor to answer all email inquiries within 48 hours. Specifications and prices are subject to change without notice by the suppliers and as such we cannot be held responsible for any real or perceived discrepancies of products from their descriptions. Our website team work tirelessly to create the images and descriptions featured on our site and every effort is made to be as accurate as possible.

Price matching

Every product on our site has its price clearly displayed. We want to give you the best pricing on the Internet. If you find an online retailer that carries the same item at a lower price (including shipping costs) and is in stock, we will strive to match or beat that price. Please note that our price matching policy is not retroactive and we reserve the right to refuse.
We have an RRP list price for all items based on a target retail profit margin. This list price will be quoted for all phone, email or other enquiries.
Mostly discounted web prices are shown on this website, along with the percentage saving.
Our list prices are subject to change at anytime for many reasons.
